R v LU (Snaresbrook Crown Court) – Assisting in the representation of a defendant accused of attempted murder after it was alleged that he used items to assault his partner.
R v SA (Kingston Crown Court) – Currently assisting in the defence of a matter concerning the re-registration of high value stolen vehicles, conducted by the Counter Terrorism Command.
R v MB and another (Southwark Crown Court) – Operation Hipsometer; Assisting in the representation of a defendant charged with another for conspiracy to handle stolen goods. This relates to over 100 stolen vehicles including motorbikes and spans over a 5-year period. This case has been investigated by the Met Police Organised Vehicle Crime Unit.
R v FR, OH and others (Wood Green Crown Court) – Operation Bilbo; Assisted in the representation of two defendants charged with conspiracy to sell counterfeit goods. This case was a private prosecution.
R v ZK and others (Isleworth Crown Court) – Assisted a defendant in a case where the original charges were conspiracy to commit arson with intent. The charges were later dropped to conspiracy to intimidate a witness.
R v FS and others (Snaresbrook Crown Court) – Assisted in the representation of a leading defendant in a multi-hander case relating to fraudulent evasion of VAT and the subsequent money laundering of the same.
R v KU (Snaresbrook Crown Court) – Assisted in the representation of the defendant alleged to have possessed a number of Class A and B drugs with intent to supply.
R v FM (Kingston Crown Court) – Assisted in a case where the Defendant was alleged to have committed theft of postal packets. The case involved surveillance of the Defendant.
R v SC (Thames Magistrates Court) – Assisted in the defence of a client accused of committing fraud by false representation
